Building with Trigg Constructions was a great decision. The fact that we communicated directly with Tim who literally was on the tools building our house, cutting out any middle man, was the biggest draw card.

Tim checked in with us to make sure things were going well and if decisions were to be made he noted all communication so he could refer back to it. Tim was very approachable, flexible and understanding of the fact that when the walls go up, it’s very different to looking at a plan. He even moved a wall for us after they were marked on the slab! Tim’s workmanship is outstanding and he is very particular, going that extra step to make sure the job is done properly. He will not take shortcuts like other builders. He does not attach towel rails to plaster!

Tim checked every component of the building process with us as we moved through each stage and allowed us to source materials within a set price range based on our quote. We had the option to individualise our colour schemes and interior design so that our house is unique and one of a kind. We added a couple of special features like a bar and a power point in the floor in the main lounge so our laptop could be charged next to where the couch will go. We had Tim put extra batons on the bedroom walls for the kids TV to be hung and an ironing centre built into the wall.

Tim is well known for building modern houses with that extra flair and pizzazz! He was a really genuine, great person to work with and we would highly recommend him to anyone looking to build their dream home. Just so you know also, Tim’s price was very close to the same size house of the large corporation builders so the choice was very easy. There were no hidden costs too.
